About this role
Budget Car Rental of Atlanta is seeking car detailers for its airport location to handle vehicle preparation and customer service. Both day and evening shifts are available for this entry-level role. Candidates must be flexible with nights and weekends.
Daily tasks include inspecting vehicles for damage, documenting mileage and fuel levels, and refueling as needed. Detailers clean interiors, exteriors, and tires while checking fluids and safety features. Vehicles are staged or delivered to customers after preparation.
The position supports airport operations by maintaining a fleet ready for rental. Agents collaborate across locations and assist team members during peak periods. Adherence to company policies ensures consistent service standards.

Requirements
- Basic mechanical and maintenance knowledge of vehicles
- Previous detail or car wash experience
- Computer literate
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Able to lift at least 30 lbs. and work outside
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles for damage upon rental and return
- Document mileage, damage, and gas level upon vehicle return
- Refuel vehicles and maintain gas logs including daily tank measurements
- Clean interior, exterior, and tires of all vehicles
- Check and add fluids to vehicles as necessary
- Ensure safety features and mechanical devices are operational
- Stage or deliver vehicles to customers using inspection slips
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures
