The Club Lounge Attendant handles opening and closing duties at the club lounge, setting up supplies and tools while cleaning equipment and areas. They check with the captain or supervisor before leaving and ensure all doors are locked securely at shift end. This role maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the lounge space.
Day-to-day tasks include stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies, along with removing soiled wares from bar tops and tables. Attendants set up, stock, and maintain work areas following precise guidelines for bars, tables, and tools. They keep the bar unit and surrounding areas in top condition for guest service.
In this team environment, attendants follow company safety and security policies, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions promptly. They welcome guests according to standards, assist those with disabilities, and use clear professional language. Positive working relationships support common goals and quality expectations.
Physical demands involve standing or walking for entire shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating uneven surfaces or stairs. The role requires fine motor skills for grasping and manipulating objects, plus reaching overhead and stooping. Additional reasonable duties may be assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Responsibilities
