The Curbside Concierge Check-in Agent handles luggage and check-in at busy airport curbsides.

Responsibilities include securing luggage per TSA standards, issuing boarding passes, and tagging bags for departing flights. Agents provide directions, flight information, and high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment. They manage payments, weigh bags, and process credit cards according to airline requirements.

This physically demanding role requires working outside in various weather conditions at high-volume curbside locations. Agents receive on-the-job security training and must obtain airport badges. Familiarity with Safety, Security, Dangerous Goods, and HAZMAT procedures comes through annual training.

Maintain a positive, friendly attitude while organizing the concierge desk and upholding client guest service guidelines. Answer telephones and guest questions with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The role supports remarkable everyday experiences by saving passengers time.

Requirements

Ability to work in the early morning rotation
At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred
Data entry and/or computer experience preferred
Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
Ability to work in outside weather conditions required
Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must successfully pass pre-employment criminal background screening and drug testing

Responsibilities

Immediately and warmly greet guests as they approach the desk
Assist guests with check-in of luggage to appropriate airlines and verify flight itinerary and number of bags
Input guest information and process check-in including charging credit cards per airline requirements
Weigh guests’ bags to verify weight, charge for overweight bags, and appropriately tag luggage with destination tags
Provide boarding pass, luggage claim tickets, and receipt to guests
Immediately secure luggage upon completion of processing
Provide general information to passengers about locations, directions, and flight information
Answer telephones and guest questions while maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional manner
