Join the Worldwide Flight Services family and contribute to the timely delivery of cargo shipment, luggage, business to customer delivery, and on-time flights while operating safely and securely. WFS performs at the highest level for customers every day with teams of cargo, passenger, ramp handling, and technical service experts in 164 airport locations across 18 countries and 5 continents.

The work includes computer data entry, preparing all flight documents, interfacing with U.S. Customs, and handling all import and export documentation. Accept and distribute cargo in accordance with air carrier and DOT regulations, move cargo up to 70lbs, and comply with WFS site security procedures for assigned warehouse and operations.

Remain cognizant of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors’ activities and report security breaches or non-compliance via managers or the whistleblower program. Handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift, drive all cargo handling equipment, and step up to above ground levels. Retrieve import and deliver export documents to and from aircraft.

Comply lists of customers for sales leads, solicit orders, quote prices and terms, and prepare sales contracts. Estimate date of delivery based on company schedules. Ready to take off on your next career with WFS?

Requirements

HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent
Valid driver's license and Port Authority or Airport Authority permit to use ramp side service roads
At least 18 years of age if position requires driving cargo handling equipment
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days off
Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Ability to handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift
