The work of Agent Cargo includes computer data entry, preparing all flight documents, and interfacing with U.S. Customs. Prepare all import and export documentation, accept and distribute cargo per air carrier and DOT regulations. Move cargo up to 70lbs and comply with WFS site security procedures for assigned warehouse and operations.

Remain cognizant of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors’ activities, reporting security breaches or non-compliance via managers or the whistleblower program. Handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift, drive all cargo handling equipment, and step up to above ground levels. Retrieve import and deliver export documents to and from aircraft.

Solicit orders, talk with customers to complete sales, quote prices and terms, and prepare sales contracts. Comply lists of customers for sales leads and estimate delivery dates based on company schedules. Opportunity for internal mobility and growth within the company.
