Unifi Customer Service Agents are the first line of defense for our customers, providing first-class customer service in a fast-paced airport environment. This customer-facing role is perfect for friendly, outgoing individuals who love making people happy daily.

Day-to-day, you will assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures at Reno-Tahoe International Airport. You will issue boarding passes, verify travel documents, and answer questions to ensure a smooth travel experience.

You will work alongside a dedicated team of aviation professionals, collaborating with airline staff and ground crews to maintain efficient operations. The PM shift schedule offers a dynamic work environment with varying passenger volumes and flight activity.

This part-time seasonal position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the aviation industry. Successful agents may find pathways to permanent roles or other opportunities within Unifi Aviation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Availability to work PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening as required by airport security
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers and assist with check-in and baggage drop procedures
  • Issue boarding passes and verify travel documents and identification
  • Handle gate operations including boarding announcements and seat assignments
  • Assist passengers with special needs, connecting flights, and inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Ensure compliance with airline policies, TSA regulations, and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of ticket counter and gate areas
  • Process lost or delayed baggage claims and coordinate with baggage services
