Do you enjoy the aviation industry and are looking for a leadership opportunity? Executive Aviation seeks permanent casual Customer Service Agents at Masset Airport to provide exemplary service to passengers on Canada’s best airlines. This role offers progressive wages and fantastic flight benefits.
Daily duties include greeting passengers, following airline-specific check-in policies, and managing boarding procedures. Agents provide pre-flight first class or priority seating grooming, enforce airline and airport policies, and physically lift up to 70lbs. Understanding flight document requirements and carry-on allowances is essential.
The role reports directly to a supportive Customer Service Coordinator who helps you succeed. You will join an amazing team of customer service specialists working together to provide exemplary service. The environment is fast-paced with time pressures, requiring reliability and flexibility including shift work.

Requirements
- Minimum two years of customer-facing experience with a proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated computer proficiency
- Completion of or working towards a Travel and Tourism, Marketing, or Business Diploma
- Previous airport experience is considered an asset
- Flexible availability for shift work including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and meet all conditions of employment
- Ability to obtain and maintain proper security clearances
