Unifi is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent to support Breeze operations at Norfolk International Airport (ORF). This part-time role is essential to ensuring passengers and aircraft reach their destinations safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will assist with check-in, boarding, and baggage services while providing exceptional customer service to travelers. You will work closely with airline and ground crew to coordinate smooth departures and arrivals during morning and afternoon shifts.

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule including A.M. and P.M. shifts, weekends, and holidays
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 70 pounds throughout the shift
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous airport or customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage processing
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive travel experience
Coordinate with airline and ground crew to facilitate on-time departures and arrivals
Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain safety and security protocols throughout ground operations
Operate airport equipment and technology as needed for passenger processing
