About this role

Responsible for coordinating and carrying out activities related to various ramp duties while maintaining accurate and complete documentation. Act as a central point of contact with all involved teams. Ensure safe and efficient aircraft turnarounds in a fast-paced airport environment.

Monitor customer safety during boarding and deplaning while assisting customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Comply with all requirements of Airlines and Authorities. Deliver processes within SLA standards and match station turnaround plans.

Coordinate turnaround activities with cleaners, aircraft search, fuelers, ramp and baggage handlers, food service trucks, and customer service staff. Monitor communication on aircraft arrivals, departures, and gate changes. Coordinate flight delay information with airline operations.

Compile daily log of aircraft turnaround activities and document unsafe operations for supervisor reporting. Provide ramp supervisor with onload/offload loading instructions as required. Follow all safety procedures, airline policies, and phase procedures for departures and arrivals.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and active listening skills
  • Computer literacy and fast, accurate data entry
  • Calmness and solution-focus under pressure
  • Ability to coordinate multiple ramp teams including cleaners, fuelers, and baggage handlers
  • Knowledge of aircraft turnaround plans and SLA standards
  • Familiarity with airport safety procedures and airline policies

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and efficient turnaround by complying with all requirements of Airlines and Authorities
  • Monitor customer safety during boarding and deplaning and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Ensure processes are delivered within SLA standards and match station turnaround plan
  • Monitor communication on aircraft arrivals, departures, and gate changes affecting daily operation
  • Compile daily log of aircraft turnaround activities
  • Document and report any unsafe operations to supervisor
  • Provide ramp supervisor with onload/offload loading instructions as required by the airline
