About this role
SIXT, a leading global mobility services provider, is looking for fluent German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to work remotely from Spain. In this role, you will assist customers with their rental experience, from trip planning to post-rental support, while delivering excellent service.
As the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, you will handle inquiries via phone and e-mail, providing expert support before, during, and after the booking process. You will engage customers with in-depth knowledge of SIXT's products and mobility solutions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint.
You will join an international, multilingual team spanning multiple countries and cultures, representing a premium global brand from the comfort of your home. Requirements
- Native or near-native German speaker with fluent English skills (additional languages are a plus).
- A genuine passion for service excellence and helping customers find the right solution.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a positive and professional tone at all times.
- Ability to work on a rotating schedule Monday to Sunday, fully from home, with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically via phone and e-mail, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Engage customers with in-depth knowledge of SIXT's products, services, and mobility solutions to find the best fit for their needs.
- Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service.
- Identify and escalate complex cases when needed, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Contribute as an active team player, supporting administrative tasks and sharing knowledge to continuously improve team performance.
