About this role

SIXT, a globally leading mobility services provider, is seeking German-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a fully remote role based in Spain. In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their rental experience from trip planning through post-rental support.

Your day-to-day involves handling customer inquiries via phone and email with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint. You will engage customers with in-depth knowledge of SIXT's products, services, and mobility solutions to find the best fit for their needs while increasing satisfaction and loyalty through friendly, professional service.

You will join an international, multilingual team spanning multiple countries and cultures, all working from home. The role includes collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases and contributing as an active team player by supporting administrative tasks and sharing knowledge to improve overall performance.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native German speaker with fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a positive and professional tone.
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule Monday to Sunday, fully from home, with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

  • Act as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing expert support before, during, and after the booking process.
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically via phone and e-mail, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Engage customers with in-depth knowledge of SIXT's products, services, and mobility solutions to find the best fit for their needs.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service.
  • Identify and escalate complex cases when needed, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Contribute as an active team player, supporting administrative tasks and sharing knowledge to continuously improve team performance.
