Requirements

Skilled at managing multiple concurrent projects
Strong organizational and planning capabilities
Personnel leadership including scheduling work hours
Ability to promote a safe, efficient, positive workplace
Experience putting together material lists and ordering supplies
Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
Experience with circuit design, 480V and 208V three-phase systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and related equipment
Metal fabrication skills including MIG/TIG/stick welding and operation of brake, shear, and ironworking tools

Responsibilities

Oversee safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation and maintenance of all facility systems
Lead and coordinate activities of small groups of maintenance personnel
Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational and planning capabilities
Prepare material lists for projects and order necessary supplies
Coordinate with contractors and read and understand blueprints and schematics
Perform circuit design, load planning, troubleshooting, and installation for electrical systems including 480V and 208V three-phase
Conduct structural steel and sheet metal fabrication using MIG/TIG/stick welding and brake, shear, and roll equipment
Operate machining equipment including lathe, Bridgeport, and drill presses
