About this role

Unifi Customer Service Agents are the first line of defense for our customers, providing first-class customer service to everyone they encounter. This customer-facing role requires a friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine love for making people happy every day.

In this role, you will greet passengers, assist with check-in and baggage drop, issue boarding passes, and provide flight information. You will also handle special assistance requests, ensure compliance with TSA regulations, and help maintain an orderly and welcoming terminal environment.

You will work alongside a dedicated team of aviation professionals in a fast-paced airport setting. Shifts include morning and afternoon hours, with flexibility required across weekdays and weekends to meet operational needs.

This part-time position offers an entry point into the aviation industry with opportunities to develop customer service and operational skills. High performers may advance to lead or supervisory roles or transition to other airline or ground handling positions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume airport environment
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer service to all passengers and visitors
  • Assist with check-in, baggage tagging, and boarding pass issuance
  • Process checked baggage and ensure proper handling and tracking
  • Direct passengers to gates, baggage claim, and other airport facilities
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including wheelchair escort and unaccompanied minors
  • Monitor flight information displays and make announcements as needed
  • Enforce TSA security procedures and airline policies at the gate and check-in areas
