About this role

As a Cabin Service Agent, you will be responsible for the comprehensive cleaning of aircraft interiors and ensuring every cabin meets strict airline standards. This hands-on role involves galley stocking per aircraft specifications and conducting vital security searches.

Your day-to-day work includes deep cleaning seats, tray tables, overhead compartments, and lavatories, as well as removing trash and replenishing seatback materials. You will restock lavatory supplies and work quickly and thoroughly between flights.

This position operates in a fast-paced airport environment where coordination with security personnel is essential to maintain a safe cabin. You will adhere to TSA regulations and airline partner SOPs for aircraft security searches, documenting and reporting any irregularities or security concerns immediately.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug test
  • Must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to read, write, understand, and follow instructions in English
  • Must be a citizen of the United States or possess necessary INS authorization

Responsibilities

  • Perform deep cleaning of aircraft interiors, including seats, tray tables, overhead compartments, windows, and lavatories
  • Remove trash and debris from seat pockets and floors
  • Replenish seatback materials, such as safety cards, magazines, and airsickness bags
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels in lavatories
  • Conduct thorough searches of aircraft cabins, seat pockets, overhead bins, and other areas to identify and report suspicious items
  • Follow TSA, airline regulations, and airline partner SOPs for aircraft security searches
  • Document and report any irregularities or security concerns immediately
