About this role
From check-in and bag drop to boarding gates and arrivals, Passenger Service Agents ensure traveling customers are kept well-informed and in the right place at the right time. This customer-facing role focuses on providing first-class service to each traveler encountered, following safety, security, and airline-specific procedures.
Agents handle customer interactions at the ticket counter and gate, making reservations, issuing tickets and itineraries, and computing fares. They also check baggage, collect excess charges, patiently address concerns about ticketing and lost baggage, and meet aircraft to assist with enplaning and deplaning passengers.

Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a focus on outstanding customer service.
- Ability to follow safety, security, and airline-specific procedures.
- Computer proficiency for ticketing and reservations systems.
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and handle luggage up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service per AGI and airline-specific standards.
- Ensure safety and security is never compromised in all activities.
- Handle customer interactions at the ticket counter and gate professionally.
- Make reservations, issue tickets, compute fares, and process baggage and excess charges.
- Patiently address customer concerns regarding ticketing and baggage, perform lost and found activities and tracing.
- Answer inquiries about flight schedules, fares, and general travel information.
- Meet aircraft at the gate, assist with enplaning and deplaning, verify tickets and documents, manage standbys.
- Determine flight close-out time, prepare flight forms, and complete post-departure procedures.
