As a member of our passenger services team, you will assist passengers and their property to arrive safely at their destinations.

Your day-to-day work involves the computerized check-in of passengers for both international and domestic travel, designating seat assignments, and verifying all travel documentation. You will also ensure correct boarding passes are provided, verify ticket and seat reservations, and match the manifest to the onboard count.

This role requires working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, as you will connect and disconnect Jetway or stairs and announce arrivals and departures as necessary. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess/maintain a valid Driver's License and other FAA required identification/seals.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

  • Computerized check-in of passengers for international and domestic travel.
  • Designate seat assignments.
  • Verify documentation for international and domestic flights.
  • Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned charter flight.
  • Verify ticket and seat reservations.
  • Match manifest to on-board count.
  • Assist with various governmental agency requirements.
  • Connect and disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary.
