About this role
Lead a Team that helps Customers every day as a Supervisor Customer Service at Southwest Airlines. Manage and support Customer Service Agents, Operations Agents, and Skycaps. Ensure work is done safely and on time while solving problems and responding to Customer questions.
Monitor scheduling, training, and daily reports to keep operations smooth. Share important updates with the Team. Work with other Airport Operations Teams to maintain flight schedules and Customer satisfaction.
Work assigned shifts based on seniority, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. is required with no sponsorship available. This role supports Southwest's commitment to safe, friendly, on-time service.

Requirements
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S.
- No current or future work authorization sponsorship available
- Ability to work assigned shifts based on seniority including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- For external applicants: Currently a resident of the State of Arkansas
- For external applicants: Not interviewed by phone, virtually, and/or in-person and not selected for Supervisor Customer Service at LIT within the last 12 months
