As a Ramp Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring top tier performance in all aspects of baggage handling, exceeding customer expectations while upholding the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Your day-to-day work involves comfortably and continuously lifting up to 70 lbs. of cargo and baggage on and off aircraft, transporting it between aircraft, terminals, and air cargo facilities. You will frequently bend, stretch, push, pull, stack, and kneel in small confined locations, and operate motorized equipment to move loads.
You will work primarily outdoors in all weather conditions, collaborating with a team dedicated to creating a smooth and seamless airport experience. The role requires a strong commitment to company policies and procedures, with a focus on safety, security, and compliance.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have high school diploma, GED, or six months prior ramp agent work experience
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing, including a drug test
- Capable of safely lifting up to 70 lbs. continuously
- Must be able to proficiently speak, read, and write in English
- Must have current driver's license with no violations over the past 5 years
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work 2nd shift 3pm-9pm (including weekends)
Responsibilities
- Comfortably and continuously lift and move 70 lbs. of cargo and baggage on and off aircraft
- Transport cargo and baggage between aircraft, airport terminals, and air cargo facilities
- Frequently bend, stretch, push, pull, stack, and kneel in small confined locations
- Operate motorized equipment to move cargo and baggage
- Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material labels, and cargo routing tags
- Perform other duties as assigned to support ramp operations
