As an Airport Ramp Agent, you will play a vital role in this mission.

In this role, you will work on the ramp to ensure the smooth turnaround of aircraft between flights. Your day-to-day duties include loading and unloading luggage, cargo, and mail, as well as guiding aircraft into parking positions and operating ground support equipment.

You will be part of a dedicated team in a fast-paced airport environment, collaborating closely with flight crews and ground operations. Safety and efficiency are paramount, and every team member contributes to maintaining high standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Physical ability to lift and move items up to 70 pounds frequently.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug test.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload luggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft.
  • Guide aircraft into and out of parking positions using hand signals.
  • Operate ground support equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts.
  • Assist with aircraft pushback and towing operations.
  • Perform aircraft cleaning and interior servicing as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures on the ramp.
  • Communicate effectively with flight crew, ramp tower, and other ground personnel.
