Unifi is seeking a part-time Airport Ramp Agent to join our team at Norfolk International Airport (ORF). As a key member of our ground operations crew, you will ensure the safe and efficient handling of aircraft and baggage for Breeze Airways.

In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading luggage, guiding aircraft to and from gates, and performing essential ramp safety checks. Your day-to-day work will involve operating ground support equipment and coordinating with flight crews to meet departure schedules.

You will work alongside a dedicated team of aviation professionals in a fast-paced, outdoor airport environment. Shifts are available in both the A.M. and P.M., with opportunities across all days of the week to fit your schedule.

Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security badge
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work flexible shifts including A.M. and P.M. shifts, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment
High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

Load and unload passenger luggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft
Guide aircraft to and from gates using marshalling signals
Operate ground support equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts
Perform pre-flight and post-flight safety checks on ramp equipment
Assist with aircraft pushback and towing operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ramp and baggage areas
Communicate with flight crews and ramp coordinators to ensure on-time departures
