Responsible for providing customer service to passengers for all airlines. Assist with check-in processes, baggage handling, and boarding procedures at the airport gate areas. Ensure smooth passenger flow during peak travel times.

Requirements

  • Able to work A.M. and P.M. shifts
  • Available Monday through Sunday
  • Comfortable in fast-paced airport environment
  • Non-exempt part-time availability

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to passengers for all airlines
  • Assist passengers with check-in and boarding
  • Handle baggage tagging and delivery
  • Make gate announcements for departures
  • Resolve passenger inquiries and issues
  • Direct passengers to appropriate gates and services
  • Monitor flight information and updates
