Airside Ramp Agent - Part-Time

Swissport is an award-winning, leading provider of ground and air cargo services, dedicated to delivering efficient and reliable solutions to airlines and airports worldwide. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, passengers, and cargo at Belfast International Airport. This part-time position offers 30 hours per week with full flexibility required across Monday to Sunday shift work.

You will safely and efficiently load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft while marshalling them to and from gates for precise positioning. Operate ground service equipment like tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts responsibly, and perform aircraft servicing tasks including cabin cleaning, lavatory servicing, and water replenishment. Adhere strictly to safety and security procedures, including aircraft marshalling signals and hazardous material handling guidelines.

Work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, providing exceptional customer service to passengers and airline partners. Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills while ensuring deployment of environmental processes and procedures from the QHSE Manual. Flexibility for shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential.
