You'll support the Facility Maintenance Operations Center with all service and equipment requests while tackling challenges with flexibility.
Oversee and monitor the facility CMMS for daily work orders, compliance, and monthly PM performance. Provide monthly reports on equipment performance and repetitive trouble calls to aid reliability. Prioritize and route incoming trouble calls to ensure timely action across airport facilities.
Interface with vendors, business partners, bag system management specialists, and Facility CSMs on service calls and manning levels. Monitor flight delay statistics, investigate delays, and oversee vendor logs throughout the airport. Attend planning meetings and fill in on BHS oversight as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED Equivalency
- Previous office/clerical experience
- Knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and corporate structure
- Ability to prioritize work, be detail oriented and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to be self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to grasp concepts and functionality of specific software and programs
Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor the facility CMMS (Data Stream) for daily work orders and compliance
- Oversee and monitor the facility CMMS (Data Stream) for monthly PM Performance
- Provide monthly reports through the facility CMMS on equipment performance
- Provide reports on request for equipment repetitive trouble calls to aid in equipment reliability
- Oversee vendor logs and interface with vendors and business partners on service calls throughout the Airport
- Directly interface with bag system management specialists and Facility CSMs on adequate manning levels
- Monitor hot work permits for American Airlines Facility mechanics and outside vendors
- Prioritize and route incoming trouble calls to ensure action is taken in a timely manner
