In this role, you will specialize in activities relating to maintenance and improvement of building utility systems.

Handle electrical wiring and control systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), water supply, carpentry, and related pipe systems. Support the preventative maintenance schedule to ensure smooth operations in resort-style senior living communities. Perform specialized technical tasks across these systems daily.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience
  • Expert technical knowledge of electricity and national electrical codes
  • Expert technical knowledge of painting
  • Expert technical knowledge of carpentry
  • Expert technical knowledge of plumbing
  • Expert technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
