Maintenance Technician (Specialist)

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Specialist) position. In this role, you will specialize in activities relating to maintenance and improvement of building utility systems.

Handle electrical wiring and control systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), water supply, carpentry, and related pipe systems. Support the preventative maintenance schedule to ensure smooth operations in resort-style senior living communities. Perform specialized technical tasks across these systems daily.
