About this role
ERMC Aviation is seeking a Manager to oversee the efficient operation of Manual Encoding and Facilities Maintenance operations at MIA Airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of airport operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Lead and supervise airport staff, including maintenance, facilities, and administrative personnel. Manage airport facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Oversee industrial maintenance activities, fabricate solutions, and utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment problems.
Communicate effectively in English with staff, passengers, and stakeholders. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for efficient maintenance tracking. Implement maintenance management strategies to optimize airport operations and maintain low voltage systems within the airport premises.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance management
- Strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in using CMMS for maintenance scheduling and tracking
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and electrical experience
- Ability to manage maintenance staff effectively and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and facilities management practices
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing airport operations
