About this role

Implement AVSEC Training policy at GNIAL. Develop and deliver Aviation Security (AVSEC), Cargo and Dangerous Goods Regulation (DGR) Trainings at GNIAL, Nagpur. Responsible for implementation of National Civil Aviation Security Training Programme.

Deliver Inline Baggage Screeners Training and Refresher Trainings for ILBS Staff, targeting high pass percentages of students. Maintain database of BCAS qualified and certified Aviation Security Instructors within the organization on an ongoing basis.

Report to Head - Security & Vigilance. Interact externally with regulators like ICAO/BCAS, IATA, consultants, and participants. Engage internally with GNIAL leadership team, operations team, and multi-dimensional stakeholders with grace and teamwork.

Demonstrate competencies including personal effectiveness, social awareness, problem solving, analytical thinking, capability building, stakeholder focus, and execution. Foster networking, strategic orientation, and interpersonal influence in airport security operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from a leading University or similar professional Diploma/Degree
DGCA & IATA Certified for DGR Trainings
BCAS Certified for AVSEC Trainings
8-10 years experience in Aviation Security Training including 5-7 years as AVSEC Instructor
