Act as a key point of contact during airport operations disruptions. Liaise as a bridge between the Operations Control Centre, airports, ground handling agents, and ground operations managers. Play a key role in managing irregular operations.

Requirements

Active university/college full-time student status in Hungary
Ability to work in 12-hour rotation (7:00-19:00, 19:00-7:00) including weekends and holidays, 2-4 shifts/week
English proficiency
Problem-solving and organization skills
Knowledge of MS Office
Flexible approach and ability to remain diplomatic
Experience within airport/ground handling operations is an advantage

Responsibilities

Provide communication, follow-up, and assistance in case of irregular operations
Draft and send operational notifications to ground handling companies and hotel/transportation providers
Communicate with ground handlers and follow-up on service recovery in real-time
Authorize complimentary services
Monitor operational messages on-time
Support ground handlers for smooth operations
Prepare reporting
