About this role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience. You will use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect appropriate fees.
Your day-to-day involves ensuring passenger information is processed accurately and flights depart on time. You may work in the Baggage Service Office to track baggage locations and handle passenger inquiries, while also lifting and handling baggage up to 70 lbs.
You will operate computers, mobile devices, and radio equipment to communicate with co-workers and flight crew. Physical activities include standing and walking for an eight-hour shift, pushing, bending, stooping, climbing, and working in tight spaces.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must acquire and maintain credentials including fingerprint clearance, local airport badging, and background check
- Successful completion of pre-employment process including drug screen, hearing and vision check
- Available to work any shift: day or night, weekends, and holidays; mandatory overtime may be required
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 70 lbs
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Greeting passengers and providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
- Using reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect fees
- Ensuring passenger information is processed accurately and flights are sent out on time
- Listening to passengers and resolving issues in accordance with company policies during flight interruptions
- Working in the Baggage Service Office to track baggage locations and handle passenger questions
- Lifting baggage, boxes, or cargo weighing up to 70 lbs throughout your shift
- Cleaning the interior of the aircraft and prepping and securing the aircraft for the next flight
- Using radio electronic devices to communicate with co-workers or flight crew and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations
