Handshake

US · Contract · $40,000 – $70,000

About this role

Handshake is recruiting Airfield Operations Specialist professionals to contribute to an hourly, temporary AI research project. No AI experience is needed. Leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI model outputs, assess content related to your field, and deliver clear, structured feedback that strengthens the model's understanding of workplace tasks and language.

The position is remote and asynchronous, allowing you to work independently from wherever you are. Hours are flexible with no minimum commitment, though most average 5-20 hours. Placement into projects depends on availability, with more opportunities opening periodically.

Your work involves developing prompts for AI models that reflect airfield operations and then evaluating the responses. This draws directly on your real-world responsibilities like inspecting airfield conditions or coordinating with air traffic control. You contribute to how AI understands and supports airport ground-side tasks.

The Handshake AI opportunity runs year-round across different areas of expertise. You'll learn new skills while shaping AI applications in airfield operations. Projects open periodically, so applying now positions you for upcoming matches.
