This role reports to a Line Maintenance Supervisor per FAA regulations and Breeze policies.
Daily duties include performing all assigned maintenance in line with the Breeze General Maintenance Manual while handling parts, units, assemblies, and aircraft carefully. Technicians complete forms, keep documentation current on discrepancies and actions, and submit OJT Task Cards accurately. They maintain safe, clean work areas and account for all tools at task completion.

Entry pay is based on experience and criteria, starting at $30.50 hourly for Year 1 up to $37.00 by Year 6, with a $2.00 shift differential for 9:00PM-7:30AM shifts. Technicians notify supervisors of airworthiness issues and achieve performance measures. Opportunities include ongoing training via OJT and diverse duties assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Must hold a current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P) with no history of infractions and recent experience on commercial aircraft types
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- Must have a valid passport with no travel restrictions
- Must have authorization to work in the US
Responsibilities
- Perform all assigned maintenance duties in accordance with the Breeze General Maintenance Manual (GMM)
- Troubleshoot aircraft issues, perform run-up and taxi procedures, and sign mechanical flight releases
- Complete all appropriate Breeze forms and documentation for work performed or inspections conducted
- Properly handle all parts, units, assemblies, and aircraft while in the repair process
- Ensure all documentation is kept current as to open discrepancies and completed corrective actions
- Maintain the work area in a safe, clean, and operative condition and account for all tools
- Notify the Maintenance Supervisor of any condition that would compromise aircraft airworthiness
- Maintain a valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate available for inspection
