As a Ground Ramp Lead, you will oversee daily ramp operations, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of aircraft on the ground. Your day-to-day involves supervising a team of ramp agents, coordinating tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
You will lead and supervise ramp agents in the safe loading, unloading, and movement of aircraft, while ensuring timely and efficient turnaround of aircraft including baggage and cargo handling. You will coordinate the use of ground support equipment and resources, perform safety checks, and communicate with flight crews and ground teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-obsessed aviation environment
- Experience supervising or leading a team in a ground handling or airport operations setting
- Knowledge of aircraft ground handling procedures, including loading, unloading, and movement
- Familiarity with ground support equipment and proper maintenance practices
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve ramp issues quickly
- Commitment to safety, security, and compliance with aviation regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with flight crews, ground teams, and other departments
