Oshkosh AeroTech, a leading provider of aviation ground support products and airport services, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for full-cycle recruiting of frontline and operational roles across nationwide airport locations. This remote position, with strong preference for Houston area candidates, partners closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and site teams. It supports timely, high-quality hiring in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Daily efforts include collaborating with hiring managers to align on staffing needs and priorities, developing job requisitions that match operational standards, and sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach. Building talent pipelines for critical roles ensures a steady flow of qualified applicants. Phone screens evaluate experience and contract alignment to drive consistent selection decisions.

Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Support pre-employment and onboarding activities with HR and site teams for smooth employee transitions. Manage high-turnover roles by balancing speed, quality, and expectations across locations.

Maintain accurate candidate data in Workday, track metrics like time-to-fill, and align hiring with headcount and contract requirements. Occasional travel supports site startups, hiring events, career fairs, and stakeholder meetings. This role delivers impactful hiring outcomes for trusted brands like LEKTRO and Jetway in air transportation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
  • Three (3) or more years of recruitment or related experience
  • Ability to travel as needed to support operational initiatives
  • Flexibility to support recruiting activities across multiple time zones as business needs require
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain TSA and airport security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs, align on priorities, and drive efficient hiring decisions
  • Manage multiple roles and locations simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Develop and post job requisitions for airport services positions ensuring alignment with operational needs and standards
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Conduct phone screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role and contract requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Workday and track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill
