As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician B2, you will plan, prepare, and execute courses according to internal and customer standards. This role focuses on delivering high-quality training for A330 and A330 MRTT aircraft maintenance.
You will provide technical support to customers in designing customized training solutions, from Training Need Analysis to execution. Develop and validate training materials and tools in line with client standards. Ensure proper use of class materials and training devices during courses.
Prepare and execute assessments following client standards, procedures, and tools. Generate course reports and notify superiors of anomalies or incidents that could impact future courses. Serve as the final responsible for the technical and pedagogical accuracy of training materials.

Requirements
- EASA Licence B2 with A330 and/or A330 MRTT type rating endorsed on license
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience on the A330 and/or A330 MRTT
- Advanced level of English
- Experience in aircraft maintenance training development and delivery
- Familiarity with EASA training standards and procedures
- Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis for aviation maintenance
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and execute courses according to internal and customer standards
- Provide technical support to the customer in the design of customized training solutions from Training Need Analysis until execution
- Develop and validate training material and tools in accordance with client standards
- Ensure the correct use of class materials and training devices during the course
- Prepare and execute assessments in accordance with client standards, procedures and tools
- Prepare course reports and notify superiors in case of anomalies, incidents or influences on future courses
- Act as final responsible for the quality of training material in terms of technical and pedagogical accuracy
- Offer technical support to ATEXIS and final client within area of expertise
