Requirements

High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience
At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Able to work 40 hours per week including day or evening shifts
Open to travel 5-10%, some by airplane
Willing to wear a company uniform; speaking other languages is a plus
