Pacific Aviation is looking for enthusiastic Airline Customer Service Agents at LAX, especially bilingual Chinese/English speakers who turn travel challenges into positive experiences.

As the friendly face passengers rely on, you will greet travelers at check-in counters, make announcements, check documents, and assist with boarding and deplaning for domestic and international flights. This role involves standing and walking for the majority of your shift while providing directions and answering questions throughout the airport.

You will work closely with teammates, airline personnel, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service. The position offers part-time shifts including mornings and evenings, with availability required at least four days per week including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Chinese (conversational and written) and English to provide clear communication and exceptional service.

  • Available for part-time shifts including mornings (8:15 AM - 12:30 PM) and evenings, with at least four days per week including weekends and holidays.

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers with a smile at the check-in counters, ensuring they feel valued from start to finish.
  • Make clear, accurate announcements, check travel documents, and assist with boarding and deplaning for both domestic and international flights.
  • Provide accurate directions, answer questions, and help passengers feel confident navigating the airport.
  • Work closely with teammates, airline personnel, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
