You welcome all customers upon arrival and gather feedback to improve their future rental experience. Ensure customers take all personal belongings, discreetly check vehicles for damage, and direct issues to appropriate channels. Advise customers on rental charges and provide accurate receipts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • At least 18 years old with valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
  • Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week including day or evening shifts
  • Open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane
  • Willing to wear company uniform; speaking other languages is a plus

Responsibilities
