About this role

Lead and provide advanced administrative support to the Aviation Security Department, encompassing budgetary management, procurement coordination, financial analysis, and strategic functions. Ensure alignment with corporate governance standards. Support departmental goals through enhanced organizational efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration.

Organize high-level internal and external meetings, including agenda development, stakeholder coordination, and post-meeting follow-ups like minutes and action plans. Oversee electronic and physical data storage systems for compliance and retrieval. Prepare advanced presentations, reports, and data-driven insights for strategic objectives.

Manage procurement processes from requisitions to vendor payments, aligned with budgetary controls. Assist in budget preparation, financial tracking, and variance analysis for cost efficiency. Serve as primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with finance, procurement, and compliance teams.

Supervise and mentor administrative staff to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational values. Facilitate translation of critical documents between English and Arabic with accuracy and cultural sensitivity. Lead ad hoc projects with administrative expertise for high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years relevant work experience
  • High-level proficiency in business communication (English and Arabic)
  • At least 3 years of experience in secretarial or administrative role
  • Working knowledge of Procurement & financial systems (i.e. Ariba, SAP)
  • Experience in a multi-cultural working environment ideally in an airline office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • High level computer literacy (MS Office, MS Office 365, MS Teams)
  • Excellent business writing and presentation skills

Responsibilities
