Are you ready to take off in the aviation industry? Executive Aviation seeks a Ramp Coordinator for the Saskatoon Below the Wing team. Provide around-the-clock leadership and coverage to airline partners and team members as the go-to person for challenges.

You will work closely with the Above the Wing team, GSE department, airline partners, and airport authority. Serve as a dynamic problem solver and progressive thinker to create efficiencies in operations. Handle ramp organization, attendance management, and operations communication on a day-to-day basis.

This role reports to the General Manager and involves flexible shifts dictated by airline schedules. Adapt to changing environments and work safely in all weather conditions. Maintain strong relationships and reputation with partners through reliable support.

Requirements

  • 2-years’ aviation ground handling experience preferred
  • All Training and Read and Signs must be current and up to date
  • 1-year management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Known for reliability and flexibility
  • Dynamic problem solver with proven ability to create efficiencies

Responsibilities

  • Organize ramp setup, assign manpower, conduct shift briefings, and manage auxiliary equipment inventory
  • Support airline operations through the safe movement of baggage and ground equipment
  • Complete proper training and maintain competency on all required equipment and airline processes
  • Work shifts as required and dictated by airline flight schedules
  • Oversee safety as a team including incident response, audits, and SMS training
  • Manage attendance including day-of shift coverage, coaching, and documentation
  • Serve as day-of point of contact for airlines, airport, and EA leads
  • Provide lead training support including shadow shifts, pushback, load planning, flight organization, and incident management
