Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, Guest Service Experts make transactions feel like part of the experience. They stay on their feet, moving around over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. They manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information.

No matter the position, success requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, and upholding quality standards. Uniform, personal appearance, and communications must be professional at all times. Guest Service Experts take a hands-on approach to work in a dynamic lounge environment.

They move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance. They reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Doing these things well—and other reasonable duties—is critical to get it right for guests and the business every time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Less than 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
  • Lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop
