About this role

Eurest, part of Compass Group, hires Lounge Attendants to deliver upscale foodservice in the American Airlines terminal lounge. Under the catering captain's supervision, ensure accurate execution of all scheduled events during shifts. May drive a catering delivery truck as needed.

Assemble and deliver food and supplies to event locations, log and maintain food temperatures, and arrange tables with decorations. Set up buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items to standards, then serve guests directly. Provide friendly, courteous service throughout functions.

Join a team stocking, cleaning, and maintaining the catering facility and equipment. Distribute and collect customer comment cards for continuous improvement. Operate in a high-standards environment serving Fortune 500 clients at the airport.

Requirements

At least 1 year of fine dining/upscale casual dining experience required
Open availability preferred
Ability to log and maintain food temperatures
Experience setting up buffets and serving in upscale environments
Capability to clean and break down event setups efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards for catering functions
Comfortable arranging tables, decorations, and service items
