About this role

We are hiring immediately for a full time Lounge Attendant position at AXP Centurion Lounge. Takes food and beverage orders and efficiently delivers items to dining room guests. Schedule includes night shifts with days varying, details upon interview.

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room, taking orders efficiently following established steps of service. Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards. Follow up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests.

Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on combinations when requested. Accommodate reasonable requests, note preferences, and show knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed. Communicate directly with back-of-house staff for correct orders and special requests.

Requirements

Previous lounge attendant experience preferred
Bussing tables experience preferred
Waitstaffing experience preferred
Complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
Knowledge of specialized diets and allergens
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to get along well with others
